Circulation:
An ID card is required to enter the library.
For NTU-affiliated user: student ID, staff ID, faculty ID, alumnus ID, or retiree ID
For guest user: passport, residence permit, driver's license, or Taiwan citizenship ID
At the circulation desk, library cards are issued and library materials can be checked in/out, reserved, recalled and renewed.
Patrons can also check in/out most library books by using the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) system. Loan Periods in Medical Library

Fines must be paid to prevent loss of borrowing privileges at any NTU Library.
Renewals
Circulating materials can be renewed in person, via electronic web form (http://tulips.ntu.edu.tw/patroninfo), or by phoning Medical Library Circulation desk at 2356-2207, during our normal operating hours.
RFID SelfCheck System
Both patrons and the library are
benefited from this time-saving device. The check-out and check-in
processes run faster; it is also easy to use. In additional, receipts
are automatically generated and can be used for future reference.
