Connect to NTU network from Off-Campus
NOTICE

Remote access to NTUML licensed online resources from off campus requires authentication. Please sign in your NTU Computer and Information Center (CC) account. If you don’t have the account, please call NTU CC (02) 3366-5022 or NTU hospital Information Technology Office (ext. 261120 ~ 261122 ) for assistance.

How to set up NTU Networks connection from off campus? Please choose your identity for further information?

  • iOS
    • Please download App - Ivanti Secure Access Client from iTunes App Store to your mobile devices and refer to the following two statements for further steps.Way to set up VPN from CIC.
  • Android
    • Please download App - Ivanti Secure Access Client from Google Play to your mobile devices and refer to the instruction from Way to set up VPN from NTU CIC.
NTU Hospital faculty and staff
Proxy Setting
PC
  • Users have to set up proxy server first before remotely accessing NTUML e-resources. When setting up proxy server, please stay within NTU Hospital IP range to see the steps and detailed information from https://help.ntuh.gov.tw.
    1. Proxy Hostname: libproxy.ntuh.gov.tw
    2. Proxy Port: 3128
  • Please sign in your staff number and the password of your NTU Hospital email to authenticate yourself.
Mobile Device

    • Proxy (Wi-Fi only)
      1. Settings > Wi-Fi > HTTP Proxy> Manual > set up Proxy
      2. Proxy Hostname: libproxy.ntuh.gov.tw
      3. Proxy Port: 3128
      4. Log in account to authenticate yourself
  • Android
    • Proxy(for Wi-Fi)
      1. Wi-Fi > long press on the connected network for 3 seconds > Modify network config > Show advanced options > Proxy settings> Manual > Set up Proxy
      2. Proxy Hostname: libproxy.ntuh.gov.tw
      3. Proxy Port: 3128
      4. Log in account to authenticate yourself
    • Proxy(for EDGE/3G/4G)
      1. Setting > APN > search mobile networks > set up Proxy
      2. Proxy Hostname: libproxy.ntuh.gov.tw
      3. Proxy Port: 3128
      4. Log in account to authenticate yourself
