Article 1 The National Taiwan University Medical Library (“the Library”) formulates the Regulations for the Interlibrary Loan Service (“the Regulations”) to provide patrons with interlibrary loans and the Nationwide Document Delivery Service (NDDS).
Article 2 Objectives:
1. To assist patrons on the Downtown Campus in obtaining resources not held by the Library through
the post or NDDS Express
2. To assist other libraries in obtaining photocopies of resources held by the Library through the post or
NDDS Express
Article 3 Eligibility for the service:
1. Faculty, staff, and students of the Downtown Campus
2. Organizations that participate in the NDDS
Article 4 Fees:
1. Requests by other libraries:
1) Delivery through the post: NT$5 per page plus a service charge of NT$20 and the applicable
postage by registered mail (assessed based on parcel weight)
2) Delivery through NDDS Express: NT$5 per page plus a service charge of NT$20
2. Requests submitted to other libraries shall be charged in accordance with the fee standards of said
libraries.
Article 5 The Regulations shall be passed by the Downtown Campus Library Committee and then implemented on the date of promulgation.
