Article 1 Information retrieval services:
1. Members of NTU:
1) Topic-based literature search: NT$100 per topic.
2) Citation analysis: for each type of analysis performed, NT$100 per 10 articles. Requests containing fewer than 10 articles shall be charged the full 10-article rate.
2. Visitors: can only access citation analysis. The service is available at a cost of NT$200 per 10 articles for each analysis type. Requests containing fewer than 10 articles shall be charged the full 10-article rate.
3. The above-mentioned fees include service charges for the information retrieving service and fees for the electronic files containing the results.
Article 2 Document printing fees:
The rates of the contracted printing company at the Medical Library shall apply.
Article 3 Fee standards for 3D printing (only available to members and the alumni of NTU and NTU Hospital):
NT$3 per gram (rounded down to the nearest full NT dollar) based on the weight displayed in the “Print Preview” panel of the printing software.
Article 4 Learning Commons rental fees for visitors:

- Borrower should cherish all the venues and the equipment, carry out the restoration after use with providing before-and-after pictures for confirmation, and be responsible for any loss or damage.
