Eligibility
Full-time teachers, researchers, research fellows, graduate students, Ph. D. students, postdoctoral fellows in NTU Downtown Campus, full-time attending physicians, and residents in NTU Hospital.

See also NTUML Opening hours. The cleaning day is the last Saturday of every month, and the carrels will not be available for use.

Borrowing period
You may reserve a carrel once within 90 days. The minimum borrowing period is 1 day, and the maximum is 14 days. If no one reserves the carrel 3 days before the end of your reservation, you may apply for an extension.

Notice
If the actual usage time is less than half of the borrowing period, or other violations occur, your access will be suspended, and the space will be released.
For example: If you borrow the carrel for 5 days, you must use it for at least 3 days.
